CYBER-EXPERT PAYMENTS
Following the completion of the Quality and Assurance checks and the delivery of the deliverables, a Cyber-expert's payment is initiated.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments to Cyber-experts will be made via ACH via Zelle or Paypal (the Cyber-expert shall provide account information) by Cyber Pop-up.
CURRENCY
Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing, all monetary amounts referred to in this
Agreement are in USD (US Dollars).
CYBER-EXPERT TAX REPORTING
Upon receiving payment from Cyber Pop-up, Cyber-experts must report their state and federal taxes. The Cyber-experts at Cyber Pop-up are independent contractors, so they will not receive a W-2 from Cyber Pop-up. Each year, Cyber-experts receive a 1099 form from Zelle or PayPal directly. Cyber-experts must submit a W-9 form to Cyber Pop-up before they intend to begin work.
1099 TAX FORM
As a Cyber-expert, you can access your 1099 forms through the Zelle or Paypal platform you use for payments. We strongly recommend updating your tax information (such as name, address, Social Security number, or Employer Identification number).
DISPUTES
Any dispute between Parties shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
